The 12 Days of Glissmas Giveaway is one of Glisson Law’s favorite holiday traditions—a community-focused celebration created to spread joy, highlight local businesses, and bring people together during the season of giving. What began as a simple way to say “thank you” has grown into a beloved annual event that hundreds look forward to each year, featuring exciting prizes such as gift cards, dining experiences, and cash giveaways from some of the Metro East and Central Illinois region’s favorite spots. This year, we’ve added an extra special prize: a $500 Scheels Gift Card, giving one lucky winner even more holiday cheer. For Glisson Law, Glissmas is more than just prizes—it’s a way to thank the communities that support us while uplifting the small businesses at the heart of our region. Glissmas Giveaway Terms and Conditions
The Glissmas Giveaway, including the 12 Days of Glissmas gift card prizes and the $500 Scheels Gift Card Giveaway (collectively, the “Giveaway”), is sponsored solely by Glisson Law. Participation in the Giveaway is voluntary and free of charge. Glisson Law will never request credit card numbers, bank information, payment, or fees as a condition of entering or claiming a prize. We will never ask participants to register or provide personal information through any third-party website or platform outside of our official channels.
Winners will be announced exclusively through posts on Glisson Law’s verified Facebook and Instagram pages. Glisson Law will not notify winners through comments, direct messages, tags, or any unofficial or impersonated accounts. Any communication claiming to represent Glisson Law outside of our verified pages should be disregarded and reported as fraudulent.
Participants must be U.S. residents, age 18 or older, and must comply with all instructions outlined in the Giveaway rules. Employees of Glisson Law are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Winners may be required to present a valid ID when collecting their prizes. Unless stated otherwise, all prizes must be picked up in person at Glisson Law’s office located at 111 E. 4th St., Suite 400, Alton, IL. Failure to claim a prize within 45 days from the announcement of the winners may result in forfeiture. Prizes have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Glisson Law, its attorneys, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Glisson Law is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, misdirected communications, or unauthorized third-party activity.
Participation in the Giveaway does not create an attorney–client relationship with Glisson Law, nor does it obligate participants to use the firm’s legal services. Any legal consultation or representation must follow standard intake procedures and conflict checks.
Glisson Law reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technological issues, or other circumstances beyond our control that interfere with the integrity of the promotion.
Any personal information voluntarily submitted to Glisson Law for the Scheels Giveaway entry form (such as name or email address) will be used solely by Glisson Law. Personal information will not be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties. By participating, entrants consent to Glisson Law’s handling of their information in accordance with this privacy policy.
