    Mike Glisson
    Partner / Owner
    Mike Glisson has been practicing law since 1996, passing both the Illinois and Missouri Bar Exams. He was born and raised in Springfield, Illinois, by his parents along with 4 older sisters, and an older brother. He realized at an early age, the importance of hard work and family, and carries this on in the raising of his own family. Michael and his wife Kimberly, a school teacher, have 3 boys and a daughter. He has litigated and tried numerous plaintiffs’ personal injury cases in the states of Illinois and Missouri, including those involving wrongful death, auto accidents, trip and falls, medical malpractice, workers compensation and insurance disputes. During these years, he has successfully prosecuted several multi-million dollar claims, including a wrongful death case in excess of Eight Million Dollars.
    John Webster
    John has been a personal injury attorney for 40 years. He grew up in Springfield, Illinois, the son of the late and great Clyde and Margaret Webster. He graduated from Griffin High School in 1962, the College of the Holy Cross in Boston, Massachusetts in 1966, and St. Louis University Law School in 1969. After law school, he taught elementary school at Rock Junior High in East St. Louis, Illinois. After passing both the Illinois and Missouri bars, he began his legal career with the Madison County States Attorneys office, where he practiced for 3 years. He began his private practice at a firm that included Horrace Calvo, an attorney that later went on to become an Illinois Supreme Court Judge. At that time, now Illinois Senator Bill Haine, was working as a law clerk for the firm. In 1974, he joined the late James T. Williamson, a personal injury attorney specializing in railroad injuries. John remains a partner of Williamson, Webster, Falb & Glisson. John is still a corporate board member for Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Springfield, Illinois, and was also President of the Catholic Childrens Home Advisory Board for 20 years. An avid golfer, he was a past President of Lockhaven Country Club, and has regularly attended the Masters Tournament with his family and friends. John is a supporter and season ticket holder for the St. Louis Billiken Men’s Basketball and does not miss too many home games. He still plays pickup basketball 3 times a week at the local gym. In high school, John competed against Ken Norton in a track event. Ken Norton went on to become heavyweight champion of the world- breaking Muhammed Ali’s jaw. John has been married for 36 years to his wife Donna, raising 3 children – Megan who resides in Los Angeles, and Kate and Patrick, both residing in New York.
    Timothy Chartrand
    Tim has been an attorney with GLISSONLAW/ WWF&G since 2014. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Missouri. Tim was born and raised in Alton, Illinois and graduated from Alton High School in 2007. He then attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where he received his Bachelor of Arts in History and minored in Classical Studies and Literature graduating summa cum laude in 2011. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2014. While attending the University of Louisville, Tim held positions in the Student Bar Association, Student Government Association, admission ambassadors, Central High School Program, and Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Tim incarnated Justice Louis D. Brandeis’s commitment to community service, performing over thirty- five hours of community service while in law school. Tim loves playing and watching sports, especially his St. Louis Cardinals and Blues, and the University of Louisville Cardinals. He also loves to read, listen to music, try new restaurants and craft beers, cook, and spend time with his family and friends.
    Taylor Fehrenz
    Taylor has been an associate attorney at Glisson Law since 2017 and is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Missouri. Taylor was raised in Freeburg, Illinois and graduated in 2010 from Freeburg Community High School. He then attended Southwestern Illinois College in Belleville and Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, with a major in English Literature and a minor in Pre-Law. Taylor then moved on to the Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate, graduating cum laude and with a specialization in Health Law and Policy. While in school, he was a member of the SIU School of Law Domestic Violence Legal Clinic where he acquired more than 230 hours of pro bono legal work. Prior to being hired at Glisson Law, Taylor worked as a clerk for Freeark, Harvey & Mendillo, P.C. Taylor currently lives in Belleville, Illinois, and in his free time he enjoys building and playing guitars, competing in local CrossFit competitions, and spending time with his wife, Paige, their two cats, Harry and Lloyd, and their dog, Pearl.
    Stephanie Bechtold
    Legal Assistant
    Stephanie has been with Williamson, Webster, Falb & Glisson since June of 2002. She was hired by Michael Glisson and primarily works as his legal assistant. Stephanie is from Brighton, Illinois and attended Southwestern High School. She attended Quincy University to begin her college education and finished at Lewis and Clark Community College where she received her Associates Degree in Science. Stephanie is a huge St. Louis Cardinals, Blues fan and a Duke University Blue Devil fan. Stephanie is married to Bryan Bechtold and they have two wonderful kids; Brody and Reese. Stephanie likes going to sporting events, especially watching her favorite teams, reading and spending time with her family and friends. She is also an avid beer enthusiast and wing eater. She volunteered at Crisis Food Center for two years along with many staff members from the firm.
    Erica Swagler
    Legal Assistant
    Erica has worked as a legal assistant in both Illinois and Missouri for over 18 years and has been a legal assistant with WWFG/Glisson Law for 12 years. She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a degree in music and enjoys performing concerts and teaching music lesson in the St. Louis metro area.
    Kim Binder
    Legal Assistant
    Kim comes to Glisson Law with over 20 years in the legal field. She attended Hickey Business School and currently lives in Godfrey, Illinois with her husband, Joe and their 2 German Shepherds. She enjoys shopping, yard work, and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
    Rena’e Barns
    Legal Assistant
    Rena’e has been with Glisson Law since November 2019. Rena’e is from Godfrey, Illinois and attended Lewis and Clark Community College where she received an Associates in Science. Rena’e is married to Lindsay and they have a son, Brennon. Rena’e loves all things St. Louis Blues. She also enjoys reading, camping and snuggling with her three year old rescue pup, Honey.

    Ron Fisher
    Ron has been with Glisson Law since 2019. Prior to working with Mike and the Glisson Law team, he was an officer for the Granite City Police Department working in patrol and investigations for 20 years. Ron enjoys the outdoors, fishing, and hunting. In his spare time, he roots for the St. Louis Blues and the Pittsburgh Steelers (Greatest Franchise in the NFL) and enjoys spending time with his daughter.

    Thomas O. Falb
    Tom was born in 1948 in Chicago, Illinois. He attended the University of Illinois and majored in Economics, obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in 1971. While at the University of Illinois, Tom received the following honors: Phi Eta Sigma, Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Beta Kappa. He then attended the University of Illinois Law School, graduating in 1974. Tom began his legal career as a Prosecutor for the Madison County State Attorney’s Office from 1974-1976. He then was an associate and eventual partner in the law firm of Reed, Armstrong, Gorman and Coffey in Edwardsville, Illinois from 1976-1986. Thereafter, Tom became a partner at Williamson, Webster, Falb & Glisson and remains at the firm. He has been a member of the Illinois, Missouri, and Florida bars. He was elected to the “American Board of Trial Advocates” as “Advocate”. Tom is heavily involved in the Chesterfield Community Church and his hobbies include sailing and flying
